​'Risers' Rule:  Primary and Elementary aged competitors with 'provisional'(less than 10 rated games) ratings over 800 play one section higher.           
​Rules

  1. USCF rules apply.
  2. Latecomers: half-point bye for round #1
  3. Byes: a half-point bye allowed if requested before round 2.
4. Tie-Breaks for Trophies: 
  • Blitz tie-breaks for 1st place only; computer tie-breaks for other places
  • All players who tie for a trophy receive an award
  • Money prizes divided evenly in case of ties
